Tommy is a young dog who was slowly growing up and adjusting to life on the streets where he was innocently minding his own business and not bothering a soul.

Unfortunately, being a stray dog comes with many dangers and one day Tommy sadly stumbled upon a wild animal trap where his leg became trapped. The agony this terrified little pup must have been in is unimaginable.

Tommy was rushed to our IAPWA Penang team where he received treatment and care after his horrific ordeal. However, his wound is still not healing as it should be, causing much concern. The veterinary team have decided that amputation is the only option to allow Tommy an eventually pain-free and healthy life.
