A Vision Beyond Bricks and Walls

The Islamic Cultural Welfare Association of Ireland (ICWAI) is not simply fundraising for a building. This campaign is about establishing a permanent home for worship, Islamic education, guidance, and community support — a place that can serve generations of Muslims in Ireland for decades to come.

For years, families, students, elders, and children have relied on temporary halls and rented spaces for daily prayers, Jumu‘ah, Qur’an classes, and Islamic gatherings. As the Muslim community continues to grow, the need for a stable and permanent Islamic centre has become urgent.

A masjid is more than a prayer space.

It is where hearts reconnect with Allah.

It is where children learn the Qur’an.

It is where communities unite.

It is where future generations find identity, guidance, and belonging.
