A permanent home for worship, education and community life for the Momineen of Surrey and the surrounding areas.

Imam Hasan Foundation is raising £1,000,000 to establish the Imam Hasan Centre in Bagshot, Surrey.

Our Vision

For years, our community has gathered for majalis, prayers, Islamic education and religious programmes in hired halls. We now have an opportunity to establish a permanent home that can serve our community today and, insha'Allah, for generations to come.

Located in Bagshot, just off M3 Junction 3 and the A30, the proposed Imam Hasan Centre will provide the space and facilities needed for a growing community.

This is more than a building. We hope it will become a place where our children learn their faith, our young people remain connected to Islam and the Ahlulbayt (as), families gather in remembrance and worship, and the community supports one another throughout life's different stages.

What Will the Imam Hasan Centre Provide?

The proposed centre will include:

Two spacious halls for men and women

Dedicated children's rooms

Madrasah and Islamic educational facilities

Youth and community activities

A separate Ghusl Khana for Islamic funeral preparations

Large parking facilities within a few minutes' walk

The centre will provide a permanent home for majalis, prayers, Muharram and Ramadan programmes, wiladat and shahadat commemorations, Islamic education, youth programmes, workshops and community events throughout the year.

Our £1 Million Appeal

Completion deadline: 30 August 2026
