Story

We are fundraising for two Innowalks. The Innowalk is a robotic rehabilitation trainer which allows pupils with moderate to severe physical challenges the opportunity to stand and move. It enables assisted, guided and repetitive movements in an upright, weight bearing position which stimulates gross motor function and reduces the risk of negative health outcomes.

The Innowalk is accessible for the vast majority of our pupils, no matter how complex their physical needs. We are able to target pupils who would ordinarily be least active because of the physical challenges they face.

About the charity

Richard Cloudesley School caters for children and young people with complex physical disabilities aged from 2 to 19 years. Students are supported by specialist teachers and support staff and have access to therapies on site. Visit our website at www.cloudesley.islington.sch.uk
