The Community Hub Day Centre supports individuals with additional support needs to live fulfilling lives, while building and enhancing their skills. As part of inclusion, we are currently installing a changing facility for those who require extra support with personal care and we are taking part in this event to raise funds to be able to purchase a changing table. Having this facility will greatly improve the experiences of individuals who are unable to mobilise independently and enable them to be included in all aspects of the day centre, without barriers.
