At Insight Outreach, we believe in a thriving, equal society where every bright young mind has the skills, confidence and opportunity to aspire to and achieve their higher education goals. We are opening the doors to a future that reflects our students' talent, not their background.

Thanks to the dedication of our wonderful volunteers, we have achieved many great things since starting up in 2018:

Were very proud of all that we have achieved in the past 5 years and very grateful to all who have supported us on our journey. By being 100% volunteer-led, we only have so much capacity to expand and support more students without funding. Want to know how you can help?

£1 per month helps us to run live webinars with all our OMS participants at the same time.

£5 per month supports the running of our Smart Academic Competition, where students use our techniques to answer past Oxbridge questions; the winner and runner-up under our humanities, bioscience and maths-based mentoring strands also win prizes.

£10 per month expands our cohort of mentors and enables us to process enhanced DBS certification for them so they can start mentoring.

A one-off donation of £25 of more means we can develop resources for our students (including videos on our techniques, reading and super-curricular activity lists, archives of past interview questions, and training sessions for our mentors to deliver our Oxbridge Mentoring method.

Larger donations will help the creation of our first ever paid Insight Outreach Social Impact internships (for our former students to boost their job prospects and help give back to the charity). Here was our pilot:

Payroll giving (donating tax-free straight from your monthly pay) is a way to cost you less and give more. (Donations cost you at least 20% less when taken from your pre-tax pay. E.g. if you pay basic rate tax, for every 80p salary you donate, Insight Outreach receives £1.)

Alongside our fantastic mentors and webinars, our programme is unique because of its centralised syllabus and resources (like free reading lists, personal statement archives and interview techniques). Your support will allow us to further develop and share these resources. Even the smallest donation makes a big difference to us and will help to ensure we can keep up with the demand for our help from students who need that support.
