It's time to step up and step out for Isabel...
Why?
At a time when many of us have been working from home, or simply stuck at home, and with our early lockdown motivation slipping away, we ask you to take inspiration from our Isabel nurses, who have been on their feet even more so over the last few months, going above and beyond to care for patients during these difficult times, caring for the most vulnerable of patients in our community.
Now we challenge you to get on your feet, exchange the TV remote and laptop for a pair of trainers or walking shoes. Walk, skip, run or even dance your way to complete 10,000 steps a day for the month of September!
How do I track my steps?
Track your daily steps by using your Fitbit or download any step counter app onto your phone like Pacer pedometer, Fitbit app, StepsApp or Strava.

However you move and wherever you move, you'll be raising money to support our patients, we'll be with you every step of the way.
