DIW is nearly back!

The highly anticipated, eagerly awaited, arguably the best week of the year - Discover Islam Week!

A week to discover you guessed it, Islam! To showcase the beauty of the religion, explore what it means to be a Muslim, to follow a religion which is applicable and practical in both the 14th century and 21st century. This year, the week will be hosted from the 6th to the 10th of February, 2023 inshaAllah.

The aim of the week is to particularly allow non-Muslims to gain a clearer insight into Islam. And what better way is there to do so other than through hosting a week with a range of talks by profound speakers, stalls under a variety of themes, daily free food, activities which float everyones boat and much more!

The vibes are immaculate, the week is unmatched to any other and the beauty of Islam is truly well-showcased in the marquee on the center of campus, the heart of the University of Birmingham.

But the week is not possible without YOUR help. We need to raise funds to cover the costs of the marquee, the catering, speakers and more. The Muslim community is one of the most generous and we trust that together we will be able to host this week in the most beautiful of ways.

For every penny you donate, we pray you are rewarded for your support in this Dawah opportunity, in being a part of spreading Islam in a way which is student-friendly and engaging.
