Story
Since Saturday 7th October, a devastating humanitarian crisis in Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territory has developed. With over 1,200 killed in Israel and Gaza, with hundreds more injured due to the escalating conflict there are concerning reports of hostages being taken, while the UN says more than 120,000 Gazans have been displaced from their homes.
Staff and volunteers from Magen David Adom (MDA), Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) have been working round the clock to respond to urgent needs, including treating casualties. The ICRC are ready to provide further humanitarian assistance as required on both sides.
The situation is desperate. The best and quickest way to help support those affected is to donate to our appeal. Donations will go towards helping people on the ground that need our support.
Please give today if you can.
