Story
Throughout the year, the JAC Group team will be taking on a number of fundraising challenges and volunteering opportunities to help raise vital funds and awareness for survivors of human trafficking.
Our 2026 Challenges
Seven Sisters Hike
On 10 September 2026, our team will be taking on the iconic Seven Sisters coastal walk, taking on 21.8km (just over a half marathon) with 519 metres of elevation! We’re taking on this challenge to raise vital funds to support survivors of modern slavery and exploitation.
Safehouse Renovation Day
We'll also be rolling up our sleeves for a Safehouse Renovation Day this October, helping to make these spaces warm and welcoming for the women who are living there, whilst they are recovering in their journey to freedom.
The Cause
There are an estimated 50 million victims of slavery globally and 130,000 people living in slavery in the UK. This needs to stop.
This year, JAC Group is raising money to support TRIBE Freedom Foundation as they continue their work to fight modern slavery, end human trafficking and empower the survivors across the UK. Read more about our work and their Impact here!
Funds Raised
TRIBE Freedom Foundation champions holistic, long-term support for survivors of modern slavery across the UK and beyond. To date, they have created a life-changing impact for +10,000 survivors and potential victims.
Funds raised will support TRIBE Freedom Foundation to empower greater numbers of survivors across the UK, providing frontline support and enabling them to rebuild their lives with access to safe accommodation, therapy, medical, legal and casework support, education and business mentoring.
Thank you for your support :)
