Story

Thank you to everyone for your generous donations which I and the charity are very grateful for. I am delighted to have raised over £1600 for this key dementia support project. This was my first Marathon, having previously run a half marathon in 2022 to raise money for a paediatric cancer unit.

This year I am running the Windermere Marathon on 18 May 2024 to raise funds to help build an outside mental health space within the Acute Elderly Care Unit of Croydon University Hospital.

This will allow patients a place to recuperate, away from their wards, and provide better quality to their lives.

Croydon Health Charity, where I am the Chairman, is fundraising to create this new therapeutic, sensory outdoors area and green space for acutely unwell elderly patients.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and please donate what you can.
