James is a member of Winchester Go LD and really appreciates the support he has received and has chosen to fundraise for us, to help other people with a learning disability. James says;

"I have chosen to do this because the money will help to give more people a chance, Go LD helps to boost confidence and helps people who have a learning disability. The staff are very good and they really help us."

This isn't the first time that James has braved the shave for us! 5 years ago James raised over £700 for us and he is hoping to raise even more this time. The money James raises will help to fund the services and activities that all of our members, like James, are able to access for free.

Our focus is to enable adults with learning disabilities to live life to the full with the choices and independence that they want. We promote self development, friendship, self confidence, creativity and learning. We also like to have fun!

We have a range of weekly and monthly activities and we provide advocacy, information, safeguarding and skills workshops.
