Where to get your jars:

- Our Jam Jars are available at our Head Office and Café sites (St David's Hospice Care, Blackett Avenue, Newport, NP20 6NH)

- If you're visiting our Depot, on Ty Coch Way, Cwmbran, NP44 7EZ you can pick up some jars there too

- Give us a call and ask for the Fundraising Team on 01633 851051/ fundraising@stdavidshospicecare.org

How to donate:

- You can return your full jars to our Head Office on Blackett Avenue, Newport, NP20 6NH. We're open Monday to Friday, 9-5pm.

- Or each time you jar is full, donate the £5 online to this JustGiving page and start again!
