We support children aged 0-25 in Milton Keynes who have a life limiting condition. We support neonatal units in the UK by offering mini gifts packs by post or boxes to MKUH. We raise awareness of Trisomy 18 the UK's 2nd most common syndrome. All of the support we offer is free of charge!

Story

Jasmine's Journal has been designed by her parents to be placed into every Emily's Gift Neonatal Box as a lasting legacy to Jasmine. Jasmine was born in October 2013 & stayed in her parents arms for one week.

Jasmine's Journal will provide a place for parents to note down all the milestones, feelings & thoughts during their neonatal stay.

The first batch of Jasmine's Journals will be funded by her family, Irfan, Hazel, Alisha & Saara.
