Jean Day worked for Pierce School Extended Day for 38 years before leaving to retire. During her time with PSED Jean acted as the Administrative Director, overseeing state licensing requirements for the program as well as the financials for the program. Her duties included staff onboarding, payroll, student tuition management, and accounts payable. Throughout her time here Jean met and connected with many students and families and worked tirelessly to run a safe, fun, and successful extended day program in conjunction with our Program Director.

In Jean's honor PSED has created the Jean Day Scholarship Fund which will contribute directly to our ability to continue offering need-based financial assistance, something Jean feels passionate about as part of this organizations mission. PSED is proud to offer up to 100% off monthly tuition costs for families in need. Your donation will ensure that PSED continues to be able to offer this assistance year over year.
