Jii Nou is a young boy from Laos who has recently faced serious health complications. After becoming very unwell, doctors found two stones, one in his bladder and another in his right kidney. He underwent an endoscopic procedure that successfully removed the bladder stone, but the kidney stone could not be reached. A stent was placed to keep him stable, and he now needs a second procedure to remove the remaining stone.

The cost of his recent treatment and the upcoming operation is more than those caring for him can manage, and the people who originally brought him to Thailand are no longer willing to support his medical needs.
