We are challenging you to Run, Swim or Walk 50 miles over the course of January 2025 to get a little fitter and raise money for some amazing charities.
You can take on the challenge by yourself, with a training partner or in a group and do as many of the miles on days that suit you, as long as you complete the minimum 50 miles by the end of the month.
The James Milner Foundation promotes participation in healthy recreation for the benefit in young children by developing, improving opportunities for participation in sport.
The charity also strives to promote the prevention of relief of poverty, the preservation of health and the advancement of education, providing grants and financial assistance to charities and other organisations working to assist young people in need.
All proceeds raised from '50 For Fitness' will directly go to the charities JMF support and will be distributed to the NSPCC, Help for Heroes, Blood Cancer UK, MNDA along with local charities.
