On March 4th 2022, my brother Conny and I are taking part in a worldwide running event called "4x4x48". All participants run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. The distances are logged on a tracker app and shared through social media as proof of completion. The man who's idea this is, an American ultrarunner called David Goggins, is encouraging people to raise money for a charity or organisation of their choice.
