Jong Rho, MD was the true mastermind behind the formation of INKS and its first President. As a clinician-scientist, Jong had an extensive background in basic science research in ketogenic diet therapies, coordinated several of our biannual meetings (Phoenix, Banff, and San Diego), and collaborated on multiple clinical projects during his incredible career.

Jong had a genuine passion for mentorship and education, and strongly advocated for the “next generation” of ketogenic diet therapy specialists. This Memorial Fund therefore will support bursaries and scholarships for young investigators in the field to attend the biannual INKS conferences. Thank you for your contribution.
