Weldmar Hospicecare provides specialist care for adults in Dorset with a life limiting illness, and support for their loved ones.

All of our services are provided for free, but for every £5 we spend on care, more than £4 is funded by the support of the local community.

That care is provided by our Specialist Hospice at Home hubs across Dorset, and at our Inpatient Unit in Dorchester. Our team includes specialist doctors, nurses, counsellors, therapists and more.
