I have recently become a trustee of The London Asbestos Support Awareness Group which is an incredible charity who provide free support to mesothelioma and asbestos disease sufferers and family members.

I aim to support the charity in every way possible including running the BMW Berlin Marathon 2025 on 21st September 2025,

Hailing from a construction family and familiar with the dangers of asbestos exposure in that environment, as well as spending six months at the Royal Brompton hospital treating people affected by the conditions associated with that exposure has stimulated me to support those people in any way that I can.

London Asbestos Support Awareness Group provides practical and emotional support to anyone affected by mesothelioma and other asbestos-related diseases across London and The South East. The team understand the impact such diseases have on individuals and their families, both physically and psychologically, and are very experienced in delivering support at home, over the phone and at our monthly support groups. The charity provides funding for 3 Mesothelioma UK Clinical Nurse specialists and research.
