Every year we help over 400 new people with a diagnosis of cancer or long-term conditions for themsleves or a loved one. We came up with the idea of the K9:9k for someone who is recovering or want to set themselves a challenge to do with their best friend. The 9k route and the 5k is designed to be a nice day out and a chance to talk and meet new people - a lot like being at Sunflowers.

The event usually raises over £5000 which covers the overheads at the charity for 3 months.
