We are raising £550 to buy a lawn mower to help Kabarezsy FC look after their football field.

Hilary and Reza have been coaching boys and girls football teams for the last few years and they need our help to improve the pitch in their village.

Kabarezsy FC is a club which focuses on training 8 -18 year old young people based in the area of Airlouw 20 kilometres from the centre of Ambon, capital of the Moluccas in Indonesia.

Most of these kids are from low income and single parent families and being in a team helps them in many different ways.

They use a field for football practice and to cut the grass they borrow very simple grass cutting machines like strimmers. To cut the grass on the pitch area it takes 5 of these machines being used from morning to late afternoon. A standard lawnmower it would mean the job could be done more quickly, easily and far more efficiently and free up more time for practicing football skills for the next match!
