Story

life can be overwhelming sometimes, especially during a seemingly never-ending pandemic. As uni students, not only do we have to juggle uni work and other commitments, but we also have to start taking care of ourselves. So no wonder some of us might feel a bit overwhelmed, let alone the grown-ups who bear more responsibility.

But What if there is a solution? I thought to myself one day. Then something I once thought was nothing more than a cheesy thing came back to me one day when I was watching videos about how to improve your life gratitude. Following the advice given by those amazing youtubers, I started to appreciate the little things around me and realised that we could add more happiness into our lives simply by shifting our perspective towards things.

So here is a challenge for you! In this month, document one thing that makes you happy each day. It could be anything! A book which sparks joy, a beautiful view, a piece of clothing that fits you perfectly, a failed attempt to bake a cake as it makes you and whoever's baking with you laughed till your stomach hurts the list goes on!

Here's what you're all grateful for!
