Keep Craignish Boat Club Afloat

Craignish Boat Club are navigating uncharted territory. With the current restrictions due to Covid-19 we have been unable to run the usual sailing cadet and kayaking sessions. This campaign is to keep the Club afloat throughout this time .

Founded in 1991, Craignish Boat Club has taught many children to sail, with cadets participating in national school competitions and training cadets. The Club's paddle-sports section were SCA Club of the Year in 2016 and currently developing a Coastal Skiff rowing group.

Story

Keeping Craignish Boat Club Afloat

The restrictions due to Covid-19 means Craignish Boat Club has been unable to run the sailing cadet and kayaking sessions or plan any other fundraising activities so far this year. The Club has delayed the spring request for membership and session fees, but relies on this income, along with fundraising, to meet its annual expenditure for insurance, fees and maintenance etc.

This campaign has been launched to raise funds so that the Club can pay the minimum costs for this year. If you are able to donate your usual membership fee, and consider gift aid where applicable, it would help the Club sail on to calmer waters.

As guidance:

Family £65 - Adult £45 - Child £35

We look forward to seeing everyone back out on the water when it is safe to do so.

Thank you
