Story
Every hour of every day, 365 days a year, the Magpas Air Ambulance doctors and paramedics are on the frontline, providing the very best emergency care, in the air and on land, to the most seriously ill and injured patients in your community.
Our advanced medical team are specially trained to provide people with treatments and procedures at the scene of their incidents that are usually only available in hospital, and respond to patients in Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and across the East of England - caring for a population of over 10 million.
But we cant do what we do without you.
Our lifesaving organisation relies on generous public donations to continue to operate. Throughout the pandemic most of our fundraising had to stop, and although were fortunate that some of our fundraising activities are finally able to return after 18 months, Magpas Air Ambulance will continue to feel the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in many ways over the coming years. And being out in the community, collecting cash in our orange buckets and tins may never be the same again.
You can still support your local air ambulance charity though. Please pop whatever you can spare in our virtual bucket and help us continue to save lives in your community. Every £1 counts, and were so grateful for your support.
