Who Cares? Scotland is the national organisation for Care Experienced people of all ages.

Care Experience is a term for those who have experience of the Care system including foster care, residential care (group living in a children’s home) and kinship care (living with extended family members).

Wherever people grow up, they should have equality, respect and love. However, for some Care Experienced people this is not the reality - which is why we exist. We provide advocacy for Care Experienced people all over Scotland, ensuring their voices are heard, and provide a range of opportunities for connection and belonging. This includes the Care Cup, our annual football tournament for Care Experienced people of all ages, and our residential summer camp.

THE KEEPY UPPY CHALLENGE

Up for it? Follow these three simple steps…

1. Film yourself doing as many keepy uppys as you can in a row without dropping the ball for up to a maximum of a minute. Bounce it off any part of your body except your hands or arms. Make sure to count as you go or have a friend count for you to get your final score!

2. Share your video and tag us on social media @whocaresscotland so we can keep track of the leaders! Use the hashtag #KeepUpWithBuddy and encourage your friends and family to donate and join in.
