Kerrie Green's family are celebrating her life by holding a fundraiser to raise funds to support the volunteer program at John Hunter Children's Hospital.

Kerrie was a dedicated and passionate volunteer at both Westmead and John Hunter Children's Hospital for over 20 years. She was a valued volunteer of our Child Life Therapy Team at JHCH and helped thousands of families over the 5 years she spent at JHCH.

Kerrie was larger than life and always had time for the babies, children and families that she worked with. She washed and delivered toys and activity packs, listened to parents, cuddled babies and happily interacted with anyone who was up for a chat.

By donating to Kerrie's fund, JHCH will be able to purchase essential items such as toys, activity packs, craft and art supplies that are so important to the volunteer program. These goods are used by our volunteers to engage while bringing joy and reprieve to babies and children when in hospital.
