Each November we hold a sponsored obstacle course raising vital funds for local charities or for those which affect our members. This year, funds raised will be split equally between Andy’s Man Club Kirkcaldy and Fife Type 1 Warriors.

Andys Man Club Kirkcaldy are a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free to attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. They want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation. #ITSOKAYTOTALK

The Fife Type 1 Warriors is a dedicated support group for families living with Type 1 diabetes. They offer a welcoming community that provides guidance, support, and organize events and fundraisers throughout the year. The group aims to raise money for the British Diabetic Association (Scotland) and provide essential items for newly diagnosed children and families. They also host events and fundraisers to help families meet, socialize, and share experiences. The group is parent-led and focuses on providing a safe and accessible space for people living with Type 1 diabetes to come together and learn from each other.
