Story

Our children absolutely love the outdoors, its very sensory for them, the trees, the wind, the weather! As parents we spend MANY hours outdoors with our little ones so we understand how important an outdoor space is, its so calming for them.

The school is in a beautiful area, Coundon wedge in Coventry, West Midlands & is surrounded by woodland however the playground is a large area of grey concrete with no play equipment. It was formerly a school for the blind.

The parents & school governor decided to form a PTA in 2022 to create a playground for the children, which will be a lasting legacy for years to come. We are a fully registered charity and we hold local events at the school to fundraise, however we need the generosity of the public to help us achieve this goal!

We have been working with a registered Architect to create a vision and design plans for the playground, with safe flooring under the apparatus.

Can you help is achieve this vision for our wonderful children?

Thank you for reading!
