Kings Langley School students regularly raise over £5000 a year for various charities. This year we wanted to raise funds for a project closer to home. On Friday 15th September 2023 our students embarked on our biennial community walk and this year all funds raised will go towards the construction of a new community 3G Pitch.
The school is fortunate to sit in some of the most beautiful countryside and this year our walk included a community litter pick of the local area. There were two circular walks over the course of the day. One to Chipperfield Village and the other to Shendish.
The vast majority of our students and staff; some in fancy dress, completed both walks. A total of over 14km. Others spent the day marshalling the event. It truly was a whole school achievement of which we are very proud.
