The KeepTheBeat Ride, Run, Ramble is back! This year will be a little different and our event will be virtual meaning you can take part from home.

I am joining them with my own sponsored Ride, Run, Ramble to help support children with poorly hearts.

KEEPTHEBEAT is a charity established to provide hope and support to the families affected by congenital heart defects. The Charity will have a particular interest in Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, but over time we hope to develop and cover all CHD's.
