From anywhere in the UK you can meet our Outreach Co-ordinators on Zoom, launching at 12 noon on Friday 15th October. Every 4 hours across the weekend, the LA team will host 4 minutes of chair-based exercise and lots of fun to keep you motivated throughout the 48 hours.
