Luna Child & Youth Advocacy Centre:

Luna is a clear, bright beacon, inspiring communities to stand up for young people who have experienced abuse, especially when their path seems darkest. We are a team of experts from health, children's services, law enforcement, justice, education, and victim services, working together to provide a safe place where children and youth can share their stories and discover a clear path forward to healing. No matter how challenging that path might seem, Luna is light when you need it most.

Lace Up & Leash Up is Luna's s 1st Annual Community-based fundraiser. It is a 10,000-step challenge with a photo scavenger hunt to complete with furry friends. It will take place virtually on Saturday, October 2, 2021. Register today at lunacentre.ca/events.

Lace Up & Leash Up is an opportunity for community to support children and youth at Luna who have experienced abuse. Lace Up & Leash Up will highlight the work of Luna's facility dogs, Webster and Axel, bring awareness for program & services, and promote that help is available.

The children we help need to know they are not alone and your support through Lace Up & Leash Up, will be part of a community working to prevent abuse.

Support like yours helps Luna to continue critical services to children, youth, and their families. With you, young people who have experienced abuse will continue their healing journeys.

Raise $2,500 or more and be entered into a draw for a night for two at the Banff Springs Hotel.

Raise $1,500-$2,499 and be entered into a 'Royal' staycation. This includes a family day pass to the Royal Tyrell Museum and a night for two at the Royal Hotel Calgary.

Raise $500-$1,499 and be entered into a draw for a gift basket to pamper yourself.
