RAISE THE FLAG FOR A CURE
Starting on the 15th December 2023, Lance Kawaguchi will make the trek of a lifetime to the South Pole in a global effort to raise awareness and funds for Brain Tumour Research and other organisations around the world. This is a global collaboration to bring about cures for brain cancer. You can be a part of this momentous journey by lending your support.
Lance will be covering 70 miles, which equals 112,654 m, so if you were to sponsor £1 per metre that Lance treks, that would mean we could cover the cost of 40 days research at our Centres of Excellence (10 days research at each of our four Centres of Excellence)
Brain Tumour Research are the only national charity in the UK dedicated to raising funds for continuous and sustainable scientific research into brain tumours, and they are the leading voice calling for greater support and action for research into what scientists are calling the last battleground against cancer.
