Thanks to the generosity of our donors, the Henderson-Wilder Library has already begun an exciting transformation. The new Learning Lab has become a hub of creativity and collaboration—a place where students gather to study, innovate, and grow.

Now, we’re ready to continue that momentum by refreshing the main floor of the library, ensuring it remains a welcoming and inspiring place for every member of the Peacock community.

Why This Matters

What’s Next

To complete the next stage of improvements, we’re raising funds to refresh and unify the main floor with:

• Fresh paint to create a bright, welcoming atmosphere that reflects Peacock pride

• New ceiling tiles to modernize and improve the space

• Upgraded lighting to enhance comfort and visibility for studying and collaboration

These upgrades will complement the newly completed Learning Lab and continue the vision of creating a modern, student-centered environment that reflects UIU’s commitment to excellence.
