COVID-19 Support to Congo

COVID has made sharing the love of photography at our school impossible. Funding for teachers is at risk. We need your support to continue payroll for teachers' during the crisis, purchase technology for e-learning, and obtain more sanitary supplies

Lens on Life Project is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, supporting photography and computer literacy training for at-risk youth around the world. By cooperating with host organizations on the ground, we aim to engage local communities, empower youth, and create settings in which they can share their stories and gain new skills to enter the global marketplace. All Lens on life programming is taught and facilitated by local photographers from the same community as our students.

Story

Here is a list of what your donations can do:

$1,000 to sustain teachers salaries for one month.

$500 to buy a Canon DSLR camera for a student to continue learning photography while at home.

$100 to buy a basic smartphone for a student to watch tutorials from Lens on Life teachers and communicate directly with others in the program via e-learning.

$20 to provide enough 4G broadband data to download and stream course material for a week.

$10 to buy approximately 50 face masks.

We thank you for being a part of the Lens on Life family and your support during these difficult times.
