The Berwick & District Cancer Support Group was founded in 1992 and our main service is to provide free transport to any cancer sufferer to all major hospitals in our area. The group is entirely made up of volunteers and we rely on the help and support of everyone in the community. Our main service is to provide free transport to any cancer sufferer to all major hospitals in our area e.g. Wansbeck, Newcastle, Borders General and Edinburgh for any cancer related appointment. When possible a friend or relative may travel alongside for support but please check a seat is available when making travel arrangements.
