Story
Harry's HAT needs your support to help kit out a brand new office for its vital work to support families affected by paediatric hydrocephalus.
Donations towards the new HQ are greatly appreciated.
We founded the charity in 2018 and became a Registered Charity in 2019. We began in Caz and Matt's kitchen, we then moved in to the office in their garden, and now we're thrilled to announce that we have grown again..."

Harry's Hydrocephalus Awareness Trust now directly supports more than 870 families across the UK. We fund over 50 health care professionals a year to access training and enhance patient care. We provide books and resources to families affected by paediatric hydrocephalus, as well as delivering our Families Together Programme and the Get-A-Head campaign, which is lobbying the Government to improve the way babies brains are monitored in the first year of their lives through head circumference measurements.
Why are we moving?
Since the charity's launch, we have recruited three paid members of staff and we're incredibly grateful to have the loyal support of 84 volunteers. As such, we have outgrown the home office and it's time for the charity to relocate to a bigger space.
On the 1st July we collected the keys to our brand new office which requires a full re-fit to transform it into a fully functional headquarters for the charity.
How will your donation help?
In this new space in Yateley, Hampshire, we want to welcome the families we support into a homely environment; a place to meet others affected by Hydrocephalus, a place for us to grow the charity, and a place to keep stock of all our invaluable resources; which are distributed for free to the families that need them.
Moving and fitting the office will cost just over £5000.
We're asking for donations towards this.
In return, your name will be added to our 'Little Acorn Tree' which will proudly hang in the new HQ in recognition of all the contributions that made the move possible.
Thank you, we're so grateful for any support you can give.
