WAITS is a multi-award winning charity which has worked with women for over 30 years. Over those 30 years we helped over 10,000 women, by supporting them through our female offenders project and domestic abuse project. WAITS also runs two refuges for women fleeing abuse and violence.

Story

We are Jim Giles and Jason Mole Cygnet Healthcare work colleagues. We enjoy meeting up and getting out and about on our bikes for fitness and to support positive mental health. Last year we raised funds for CALM (Campaign against living miserably). This year we  have a new challenge to raise funds for WAITS (Women Acting in Today's Society) with a "Beatles" inspired bike ride.

We will be riding from The Albert Dock Liverpool to WAITS office in Birmingham at The Wesleyan Building. The challenge starts 8.00am 24th August 2023 from Liverpool arriving on 25th August 2023 between 2.00 – 3.00pm in Birmingham. Please support our challenge to raise as much funds as possible for WAITS in their mission to support women in need.
