Living Space community centre and playground is a small oasis in the middle of busy, vibrant Waterloo. Waterloo is a fun place to live with a fantastic sense of community, but safe and private outdoor spaces for children, families and young people are in short supply, which is why Living Space is so special. We are little oasis in the midst of the concrete buildings and busy streets that allow children, young people and their families to run, laugh, jump, be creative and be active.

Thanks to the excellent work of the charity London Play Design we successfully reopened after 4 months of closure, but now we would like to replace some of the equipment. Our dream is to have a large basket swing. These swings are perfect for all ages, they work for groups to play on at the same time, adults can use them, they work for people with disabilities, and swinging is a great activity for anyone with sensory needs. The frame already exists, we just need the swing.

Please help us to reach our goal of £2,000 to buy the swing and add to the smiles and memories. Any additional funds will go towards other equipment such as a sandpit and other activities such as ingredients for cooking, painting or the always popular - slime making!
