Running to support young people and women facing homelessness in Wales.

If we've learnt anything from the past year and a half, it's that being part of a community is SO important. That's why we're inviting you to be a part of Team Llamau and take on the Virtual Cardiff Half Marathon this October. Due to the uncertainty caused by the Coronavirus Pandemic, this virtual race is replacing the physical one that was due to take place on October 3rd but has now been postponed to 2022.

As is so often the case, the pandemic has disproportionately affected the already vulnerable. Young people on zero-hour contracts, women facing lockdowns in violent houses and increased family tension has all contributed to our services never being more needed. That is why your commitment to run for us in the 2021 Virtual Cardiff Half Marathon is so important- thank you.
