Growing Mos for Mental Health: Llanelli Wanderers RFC's Movember Campaign

This November, Llanelli Wanderers RFC is rallying around a cause that’s close to our hearts—men’s mental health. Partnering with Llanelli Mind, we're joining the global Movember movement to raise funds for the FrozenNutz Project, a local initiative offering a space where men can come together, take a cold water dip, and enjoy a free coffee. Together, we’re growing moustaches, sparking conversations, and raising donations that make a real impact in our community.

Why FrozenNutz?

Mental health doesn’t pause in the winter, and for many, the colder months heighten feelings of loneliness, stress, and depression. FrozenNutz aims to combat this by providing free coffees in a warm, welcoming space, giving people an opportunity to connect, talk, and find the support they need. Every pound raised during our campaign will go directly to funding this project.
