What is a Mencap Merry Disco?

Mencap Merry Disco is your own Christmas party! You can hold it anytime throughout December at home with friends and family; or with work colleagues. Whichever way you choose to organise your Mencap Merry Disco, the money you raise will help us to continue to make the UK the best place for people with a learning disability to live happy and healthy lives.

How to get involved

1) Choose your date and venue for hosting your Local

Mencap Merry Disco.

2) Spread the message and invite your guests.

3) Get prepared and download our playlist, pick out your sparkliest outfit to wear, learn and share our TikTok dance with your friends and family to do on the night. Remember to tag mencap_charity.

4) Start fundraising with our fundraising games and ideas.
