London Fields Lido is a 50m Olympic size, heated outdoor swimming pool open all year round and located in Hackney, central London. Hackney Giving is the borough's local giving fund - supporting local community groups to help residents at times of need.

Our friends at the Lido have kindly volunteered to fundraise for Hackney Giving's ongoing cost of living campaign. Funds raised are allocated to local not for profit community groups to help Hackney residents by providing:

- Food packages and other necessities.

- Hot meals in a community setting such as a lunch club for older residents.

- A contribution towards gas and/or electricity bill payments.

- Before or after-school clubs or holiday clubs, meaning that children and young people are cared for in a caring and safe environment whilst parents or carers are working.

To date we have provided funding for a diverse range of local groups including African Community School for young people and families, Turkish Cypriot Community Associations' lunch club for older residents and after school care for children at Shepherdfold Ministry.
