At LUCA, we believe women belong on every start line, especially the iconic ones.

That’s why we’re partnering with Action Medical Research to support and coach ten remarkable women as they take on one of the most respected and demanding cycling events in the world: the Maratona dles Dolomites - Enel 2026.

Right now, women are still underrepresented in this legendary event. Charlotte Macdonald, Hannah Williams, Monica Yeadon, Charlotte Slater, Emily Fisher, Chloe Trigg, Laura Rogers, Nikol Paravanova, Amber Keegan and Luca Kuhn want to help change that.

Together, we’re creating a space where women feel seen, supported, and fully equipped to take on the mountains: not just physically, but mentally too. These riders come from different backgrounds and bring different stories, but they share the courage to take on something extraordinary.

This challenge is bigger than the climbs.

It’s about visibility, community, and showing more women that they can take their place in events like the Maratona.
