Organised by Liverpool University Hospitals CharityJoin us and over 3000 curly headed smashers of all ages to walk, jog or leg it around Sefton Park's 5k or 3k route. You get a choice of wig colour to wear, there's loads of bands around the course and a glittery medal at the end.

Universally we know how vulnerable these patients are when in hospital and any money raised will be used to put towards experiences that support cognitive rehabilitation and recovery.
Any sponsorship you raise will be a great help to us but if you can raise £50 or more it can be used to help us to carry on the valuable work we do for patients"
