Maa is a student-founded, grassroots charity dedicated to preserving the health of mothers in developing countries. We provide medicine, resources and education to these mothers and young women, in hopes of improving care and empowering the next generation. Each year we send a group of volunteers from the UK to Bangladesh to set up health camps in rural areas. The mothers who attend then go on to receive follow up treatment every two months from resident doctors once our UK team have returned. With your help we can keep these health camps running more regularly and expand into more areas to help a greater number of mothers!
