The Mace Foundation will be partnering with leading national charity Become as our strategic charity partner for the next five years from January 2025.

Together we will work to help young people with experience of the care system to grow, access opportunities, and unleash their potential in work and society.

Through this partnership, Mace wants to become a cause leader and leading employer for the care-experienced community, a transformational partner for national charity Become, and founding partner of their Propel into Work programme. Over the course of the 5 years we aim to help:

- 110,000 people supported and empowered, driving ambitious change

- 16,500 young people supported through Propel into Work digital resources

- 1,000 young people directly supported through Propel into work

We also want to work with Mace’s clients and supply chain partners to raise £1m to support Become and drive ambitious change within the industry, so more young people from a care- experienced background can find employment within the built environment.
