We're turning 30 this year and we want to raise money for new equipment! We need your help to make that happen.

Since we're a charity that promotes healthy lifestyle and wellbeing, we thought it would be fun to create a swim challenge event!

Gather your family, friends and co workers to create a Swim Squad!

6 people max per team, but if you want more of a challenge you can have less people per team or even a solo!

Smaller teams means more swim time!

Collect sponsorship, get training; then you have one hour to swim as many lengths as you can as part of a relay team!

Sounds like a lot of swimming huh?

Not really, the most you swim at once is 2 lengths of our pool!
